Member’s Conduct
1. Only post relevant topics and relevant replies.
2. Do not ‘hijack’ any topics to your advantage.
3. Do not intentionally put up false information to mislead members.
4. Posting of any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information is not allowed
5. Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identification, such as giving false testimony by pretending as a satisfied customer.
6. Do not falsely pose affliation with a person or entity, including but not limited to www.petschannel.com, forum moderator, admin.
7. Collecting or storing personal data about other users is not allowed.
8. Registering multiple membership accounts to represent physically different individuals is prohibited.
9. Do not create and/or take part in any flame wars;
10. Do not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten other members.
Advertising or Self Promoting
11. Posting of any topics that constitute advertising or self-promoting for your personal interests, whether or not you’re the company representative of the respective service(s) or products(s) is not allowed.
12. Any forms of advertising via Avatar Quote, User Profile, Pet Profile, Photos, Forum is prohibited.
13. Advertising and / or spamming through Private Messaging is prohibited. Users caught of such acts will be banned.
14. Linking of URL to commercial sites is deemed as advertising and is not allowed.
15. Conducting or forwarding of surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters is not allowed.
16. Details of events can only be posted if it is a free event. ePETSTER Moderators reserves the right to remove any event that is deemed commercially driven.
Sale of Pets / Online Sprees / Donations
17. All online sprees require official permission from the Webmaster before being carried out.
18. Soliciting of donations for individuals or pet welfare societies is strictly not allowed.
While warnings and reminders are usually given first, ePETSTER reserves the right to ban members and repeated offenders who violate the above rules and regulations. The decision of the Moderators and Admin of the ePETSTER Team is final.
